The best I could tell is that "earthship" is translated "газын онгоц" in Mongolian. We're planning to build an earthship in Mongolia. I will post the actual progress. Right now it's on hold until we sell our apartments and get land. Right now Ulaanbaatar has a bad winter air pollution problem and car ownership is at all time highs. People are currently burning coal in stoves in gers, which pollutes the air in UB badly. I feel earthships can address these problems. I also am posting in another blog as I debate with myself about approaches to building it. Today the global model book is not published. Once we are ready to go, then I'll make decisions about design at that time and will mainly be posting in the other blog as I decide and debate what features to include and which to alter.
